  • What are the school hours?
    Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 14:00 and Friday 8:00 - 12:30.
  • Do the students wear a uniform?
    Yes. The uniform consists of The Matriarch T-shirt which may be worn with jeans/tracksuit pants/joggers/etc.
  • Do you offer sport?
    Yes. We offer 2 hours of sports/team building per week.
  • Are there any additional costs?
    Yes, students will need to provide their own laptop (depending on the curriculum) and stationery. We also have a few outings throughout the year. Please request a fee schedule for any other additional costs.
  • What type of curriculum do you offer?
    Students can choose to study either the CAPS (South African) or GED (American) curriculum at our school.
  • How many students are typically in each class?
    Our class sizes are limited to a maximum of 10 students per class.
  • Can my child visit your school for the day on a trial basis?
    Yes, absolutely! To make sure we are the ideal match and atmosphere for your children, we encourage them to visit us for the day. If you would like to schedule a trial day at The Matriarch, kindly get in touch with the office.
